Do You Take Insurance?

Unfortunately, I am a "cash pay" provider that does not currently accept commercial or government insurance plans. If you are interested, I can always write up a detailed invoice for you with billing codes that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement as an "out of network" provider. Payment is not guaranteed, but I'm happy to provide this if you'd like to try. If you have an FSA card, sometimes those can be used for my services, but is not always guaranteed they are approved. But again, I am happy to provide documentation on my end for you if you'd like to try. Otherwise you accept responsibility for paying for services in full.
